Third Space Gallery is pleased to present Pin Up, a collection of one inch button designs submitted by gallery members. Not just your typical member’s show, after taking a closer look at the variety of approaches taken by members in their submissions, we invite you to take one with you when you leave. 25 cents in the third space gumball machine will get you a random pin for your collar, jacket, backpack or purse, and help us take art out of the gallery space and with you wherever you go.
Pin Up will run from January 18 through March 13, 2013 in the Library Gallery at the Saint John Arts Centre.
To kick things off, an opening reception will be held January 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30, when we will hold a button-making workshop, for those who would like to make their own button to take home, for a minimal donation of $2.
